I'm Carol Matsumura and I live in Cary, North Carolina. This website exists primarily to display my web designs and photo layouts.
Websites that I've designed are optimized for low bandwidth, easy to navigate, visually interesting, and easy to maintain due to focusing on the techniques and benefits of designing with web standards.
Web sites that follow W3C Standards for CSS2 and XHTML have lower costs and are more efficient due to reduced load times. They are significantly easier to maintain. Their lightweight markup and clean css layout can help you stay on the right side of accessibility laws and guidelines. They are cross-browser compatible now and into the future.
